Translator-wannabe`s request

Greetings, noble ladies and gentlemen.
I wish to translate games. I decided to start from freeware ones and searched for decompilers which can help me. But none of them, including your magnificent software helped me, because I could not extract any in-game text using them. So, here is the question: is programs of Restorator`s kin suitable for localization activity? Sorry for taking your time.

Hi,

Restorator is only meant to change Windows resources. If the game has stored the language texts elsewhere, you will not be able to use Restorator for that.

sorry, but there are many different ways for putting text into a program. The most versatile is a hex editor, but also the least useful. And maybe the texts are stored in separate files, complicating things even further.
